Brooke Padlewski

MScPT, B.Kin with Distinction

Owner & Physiotherapist


Brooke is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong foundation in sports performance and rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Sports Performance, before completing her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta in 2019.

Committed to ongoing education, Brooke has expanded her expertise to include pelvic floor physiotherapy, dry needling, and clinical Pilates.

 

She is passionate about empowering you to take an active role in your recovery by providing the tools, knowledge, and confidence to help yourself. Her approach combines clear education to help you understand your injury, hands-on manual therapy, and personalized strengthening and mobility programs to support your rehabilitation goals.

 

Outside the clinic, Brooke stays active by playing volleyball, cycling, running, and enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.

Benjamin Duperron
NASM 

Owner & Certified Personal Trainer

Ben has enjoyed a fitness journey for the last ten years and counting. 

It initially started with the goal of losing weight for the career he is now in as a full time firefighter. 

He has always enjoyed the science behind sport and the human body. He enjoyed learning about programming and periodizing for events. ​In 2024 he decided to get certifed through NASM for personal training to help others reach their health and performance goals.  

When not at work Ben enjoys cycling, running, resistance training and spending time with loved ones.
